Early Script Draft

I haven't posted for like 3 weeks, but that doesn't mean I haven't been working.  Take a look at the Introduction of Barrel.  I haven't storyboarded it yet; I figure it should run about 4 to 6 pages of comic.  For the publication tho I do want the story to at least get to Box's intro, but the way I've mapped things out that won't be for another 3 sequences, maybe around 20 pages comic.  But who knows.  I still have the character concepts and storyboarding and a bit more script to take care of before I'm ready for class Wednesday.

My First Inking Experience

Here's a before and after inking shot of Box's Mealtime.  I felt that I've learned how to make things look closer or farther thru shadows.  Make something more alive with line weights.  I want to have a finer marker and I need better paper so that the ink won't bleed. One major mistake was simply overdoing it. There was a point when it did look good. Oh's Well's there's always next time and digital doctoring.

Barrel

Barrel is a new character or mine.  I plan for him to team up with Box, my male mini comic character, for the final project.  Drawing gets more fun by the day.

Box Man Charge!

Another Pic of the Box Man.  It seems as though the upper torso is much easier to draw than the legs as you can see with all the eraser marks.  I must improve!

Pic of the Mini Comic Male

This took me a fair amount of time. Turned out better than I expected. Yes. I'm proud of it! I've learned that when I draw I enter this zone. When I lost this "zone" things went downhill- the legs. So I'll probably just use the bust for the mini-comic.

On the Supreme Celebs

Logline: The latest celebrity beauty and health enhancements produce super powered beings, creating villains and heroes of celebrities alike.

Celeb Supremes are the first super heroes to walk their respected universe. They are comprised of famous celebrities: figure skaters, athletes, singers, actors, models, politicians, gymnasts and the like.

Celeb Supremes is a parody of comic books. This one fashions the common archetypes into everyday celebrities.

Nowadays the latest health and beauty enhancements go to the celebrities. There come a day when the latest enhancements are those out of a comic book.
